Comprehensive win here allows confirms our second win of the league campaign.
We had just too much firepower for a game home side who never gave up through
the course of the game.Scoring honours went to Jimmy Byrnes with a hat trick , others to
get on the score line included Callum Flynn(2), and Jack Twomey

An understrength side were not able to cope against a much stronger and physically bigger
home side. Two set pieces at the end of the first half and two late goals when we were
chasing the game cost us in the end.Well done to Ben Cahill for a great display at the back
and Adam Hearne for yet another fine display between the posts.Well done
to all for a great effort

This side kept up their great start to the season with another win against a very young home side
Amongst the goals were Eoin Brosnan , Daniel Byrnes and Shane Moran
16 A SFAI Cup Southend 1 Thomastown 2
A stunning free kick from Calum Stringer was not sufficient to prevent us from
exiting the National Competition at the first hurdle in a game in which we were unlucky
not to get something from.Best of luck to Thomastown in the next round
