11 Red Carrick v Southend
Great start to the season for both clubs as these games were a great advert
for this league .There was a great array of talent on display from both sides with
plenty of goalmouth action and goals for the spectators to enjoy.

SFAI Cup u 13
Southend 5 Parkville 1
An understrength side pulled out the stops here to pull off a well-deserved victory.
Great credit to Ben, Charlie, Azeez and Bojan for making big contributions here.
Callum Flynn was certainly in the thick of the action all through and made a big impression with his four goals, Jack Twomey also got in the act with a goal which was just reward for an
all action display.Others to impress included Kailum Connors, Adam Crowley and yet again another
dynamic performance in midfield from Peter Ellickson who just shades the Man of
the Match award. Big thanks to Sharon and Jenny for helping out with the refreshments for the visitors, much appreciated.

U15 Callan 2 Southend 3
Big win here for Mick Ryan’s and Damien Kelly’s side as they moved forward
in the competition by virtue of this valuable win . Best wishes to the player on the
home team who picked up a nasty injury and had to be hospitalised.
